		<description>you need to be on a retinoid such as tazorac cream or gel.  this will get rid of your blackheads &amp; dry your skin somewhat.  this is a prescription product.  another option is to get a jessner or salicylic acid peel which will help w/ your pores (opening them to release the contents.)  these peels can be done in medi-spas w/o a physician present &amp; will run you $75-$125 depending on the medi-clinic.  many dermatologists have cosmeticians on staff that do the peels so you will only have to pay for the peel &amp; not a dr. visit.  my advice is to get on the retinoid for best long term results.
