What foods should I eat for healthier looking skin?
Posted under skin nutritionMy skin is already free of blemishes but I’d like to have that naturally "glowing" look without having to put anything on my skin. I know that nutrition plays a huge part in how healthy you appear so I would like to know what foods I should add to my diet.

Foods rich in folic acid and omega-3s are good for skin and hair. Calcium is also good. Look up foods rich in these nutrients

I know that eating juicy fruits, drinking water A LOT, and staying clear of sodas, junk food, etc. can make the most HUGE difference in your natural appearance. Good for you! You decided to be naturally beautiful! I like that!

What do you eat on a daily basic?
For a glowing look? Um..I think you should eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water and soy, no junkies..i think shrimps and fish is good for your skin too..

Fruits and vegetables that you like. That makes you feel good after you eat it. That makes you feel at peace while eating.
Besides fruits, to have that glow, go within. Meditate, 15-30 everyday. Just sit still and let your thoughts roam. then try to control the images in your mind, by setting them aside. Imagine yourself, and the type of glow you want. And remember always be happy, if things are not going well, take a couple minutes and go listen to music that makes you happy, makes you dance. Less stress more laughter will create your wish even faster.

Drink loads of water and stay away from junk as much as possible. Don’t stress yourself out too much and use products which would help you maintain your healthy skin. Try a gentel exfoliating and also moisturizer both should be for sensative skin (Dove makes some good skin products). Moisturizer helps get that natural glow going.

if your skin is blemish free you must be doing something right. eat pleanty of fruits and veggies and avoid fried foods. also drink lots of water!

Drinking alot of water can really clear up ur skin and can be good for your kidney….Fruits and Fishes can also be alot healthier than any kind of meat material ..like beef and chicken…u can also go all green like salads and spinach
