Questions about Facial Skin Care Routines?

And do I apply it on before or after I exercise? Thanks!
Well, if you have oily/combination skin, you definitely have to wash your face twice a day, maybe with toner if you prefer and SPF moisturizer in the morning, maybe a light moisturizer at night.
If you have dry skin, you should wash your face at night to get rid of all the gunk, but in the morning, if your skin doesn’t seem to be very dirty/greasy, then you could just go over it w/ a toner or splash some water on your face and be done with it.
And for exercising … If it’s in the morning I’d say before, since you might dry your skin out if you don’t do that. If it’s later during the day, the skin care routine doesn’t come in as a problem.


I do it once in the morning when i get up and once at night before i go to bed (: never heard about the exercising?

It depends on your routine. I generally do a full routine at night (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) and then just cleanse and moisturize in the morning (since the toner can be drying, making your makeup go on less smoothly). Also, you should always cleanse and moisturize after the gym, sweat is good for purifying the skin, but you always need to wash up afterwards!

every morning and night. also, keep facial wipes in your gym bad to use after you exercise, because sweat clogs pores.
