skin nutrition I heard that most of the nutrition is in the skin, but it tastes icky to me, so I cut it off.
It is not sexual.
Unless you want it to be.
Fiber – and no, the only way you can eat the skin is if you grow it yourself and they are the burpless kind, then it’s yummy.

skin nutrition I lost a big amount of weight in a small amount of time, leaving me with a lot of extra skin. I talked to someone at Complete Nutrition and they told me they could fix me up with something that shrinks fat cells.. Would that work? Cuz I don’t wanna waste my money on something if it don’t work.
don’t do it the best option is to exercise it tightens skin and it costs 0 dollars.

skin nutrition Isn’t protein, protein?
Bob B, that is not quite what I’m asking.
I’m wondering why the bag even says "Not a significant source of protein," considering other foods’ nutrition facts with less than 7 grams of protein do not say "Not a significant source of protein" on the label.
The protein in pork skins is mostly collagen, rich in proline, hydroxyproline and glycine, all nonessential amino acids. It is a poor source of the amino acids that your body does not synthesize.

skin nutrition I only want a answer if you have used this and if so how well does it work will it help old ones that have turned white???
I am currently in the process on using it. It is slowly fading them! I can tell. It takes about 3 weeks to finally start seeing awesome results. I have really dark stretch marks. I hate them, and I think that you can only get rid of the dark marks because they still have blood, the white ones are already done with, so they are most likely to stay. There are so many products out there, and you can experiment as you go along. I got skin nutrition on amazon.com and it has a 60 day money back guarantee. It comes in a container, and looks small but it lasts a long time. You only need a small amount of cream for each area affected with stretch marks.
Hope this helped! God bless!

skin nutrition I am 16, am 6′2 in height and weight 163 lbs… I run twice a week and go to the gym-abs training and muscle training 3 times a week… I rest on Sunday. I have recently lost alot of weight-about a stone.
Why dont my abs show through considering i have awesome pecks and arms? HELP
i believe its nutrition anyone got any advice on diet or diet plans?
A six pack showing through has a lot to do with your body fat percentage. Take protein after working out your core, not just your abs, and do a lot of cardio.

skin nutrition Shampoos and skin lotions claim that they are rich in vitamins and other nutrients. What is the need of nutrition to dead cells?
Are these claims false?
This Question has been asked after a hair-cut!!
Hair is aesthetically a very important part of the human body. All of us desire to have smooth, soft and lustrous hair. This is done with use of shampoos and conditioners.
The surface of the skin contains oil, dead cells, sweat, grime, dirt, grease & pollutants. If this is not removed, the skin looks dull & flaky. Cleansing is an important part of skin care & can be done with simple soaps or cleansers. The skin should be washed at least twice a day with soap & warm water. Deodorant soaps with antiseptic agents are good for oily skin. Super fatted soaps or glycerin-based soaps are good for dry & normal skin. For the skin to look healthy & glowing, its uppermost layer called stratum corneum should contain more than 10% of the total water content of the body. Thus, comes the role of a moisturizer. People with dry to normal skin should use a moisturizer twice a day after cleansing. Those with oily skin should be careful & use an oil free moisturizer only once a day.
Lastly, be gentle on your skin. Do not use harsh cosmetics. If you have a skin problem, seek professional advice.

skin nutrition I understand that being deficient in certain vitamins / minerals / nutrients can result in dry, brittle fingernails. But specifically, which vitamins / minerals / nutrients cause this? My nails are very brittle so I want to ensure I’m getting everything I should be in my diet. I already know about supplements marketed as "nail/skin/hair vitamins" but I want to what component(s) of these is responsible for nurturing healthy nails.
calcium, preferably with vitamin D – it helps body to absorb calcium

skin nutrition I want to know how anti aging nutrition will help restore my skin. I am in my mid 30s and I noticed that wrinkles are beginning to appear around my eyes and chicks. A friend recommended anti aging nutrition so I was wondering if anyone knows how effective anti aging nutrition is in skin restoration. I will appreciate any suggestion.
lotion products or using vitammin c on the outside of the skin works well. stay away from botox there are lots of natural solutions! good luck
