skin nutrition I look for example at Tom Cruise, he is 47, but looks like 30.
Is this an effect of some skin products? Nutrition?
"They have money" isn’t a good enough answer.
What procedures do they do that cost a lot of money?
I’m sure they get regular facials at good spas or with renowned dermatologists. Facials can get really expensive. And i’m sure they get botox and all that good stuff all the time too. And nutrition they eat about the same as "regular" people but I’m sure they also have a personal chef! At least i would if i had their kind of money!
But you can try Artistry Time Defiance products if you’re worried about premature aging or if you have wrinkle concerns now. Time Defiance products are designed to prevent premature aging and also reverse the signs of aging once you start using them! They’re 100% guaranteed for 180 days! So you really have nothing to lose, you have enough time to try any of the products that you buy and if for any reason you don’t like them (which i doubt, they’re great!) you get a full refund!

skin care tips could you help me with any home tips that i can easily do it at home …..i m not a palour girl cause my skin reacts to chemicals , please help me look gorgeous
Home made face masks can be great to give you a glow & soothe the skin, and are gentle so they won’t irritate your skin like chemicals might.
My favorite combo is:
- 1 banana, ripe & cold
- a little honey
- some natural, unflavoured, plain yogurt
- a few drops drops of 100% lemon or orange juice
- mix it all together & then apply it
- leave on 10 minutes or so
- rinse off with warm water
There’s a lot of different ones you can try, depending on your skin type (see the link in the source).
Also, a great gentle face wash is Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. A great non-greasy moisturizer that gently exfoliates & evens skin tone is Lac-Hydrin Five. Not glamorous products, but gentle & won’t clog pores. Both can be found at most drugstores.
I also recommend using a little bit of 100% jojoba oil at night with your moisturizer; you will have an amazing glow & super soft skin the next day. You can pick that up at most health food stores.

skin rejuvenation Anyone out there use Obagi products for skin rejuvenation? I’ve just started "out with the old in with the new," and I’ve got at least four weeks to go with the "red face." Any encouragement?
Yes, keep up the good work. Lets not say you spent that money in vain. No pain no gain sister.
Believe me it works and I believe you will be happy once the peeling subsides and your skin regenerates.

body skin care i really wanna know the most important things that every person do to stay beatiful and full of wellness..
I believe every woman should take at least one hour every day to pamper herself. I am going to be 43 in October (Scorpio), and friends + strangers cannot believe my age when I tell them.
I am a little immature too, but anyway………
I do hot oil treatments to my hair once a week, put lotion on my skin (body & face), been doing it since I was a young girl, do go and get your nails done, it is so good!
Just take time for yourself, and you will always look great!

anti aging treatment I currently use an anti-aging moisturizer on my face and neck/chest. I want to reduce any fine lines that are beginning to show (I’m only 25), and to prevent future lines from appearing. I spend almost ZERO time in the sun at the moment, but I will be moving to Oahu in around six months, so I’ll be needing a daily treatment with SPF. I have dark circles under my eyes (not sleep-related, I’m drinking more water), but otherwise my skin is fairly healthy.
I was going to first try "Anti-Aging Nutrimin C RE9 Corrective Eye Creme" and "NutriMinC RE9 REactivating Facial Serum." Would that take care of my daily face care? I was also looking at the "Intelligence Rejuvenating Cream" – would it matter if I ordered the older version that isn’t "intelligence"?
Would you recommend the anti-aging line or the not-so-basic line? Or a combination? I just want a *simple* morning routine to keep my skin healthy.
I REALLY like Arbonne’s policy on animal testing.
I am an Area manager with Arbonne.
I personally think that you should try out both lines and see how they work for you. You should be given the opportunity to try them in your home for a few days before you order. If you do not have a consultant that will allow this let me know. I am 29 and have been on the NutriminC line for about a year. It has done wonders for me. I had some starts of line around my eyes and consistently getting blemishes. Needless to say I never received compliments. I am now getting compliments on how beautiful my skin is.
I believe that the best line for you would be the NutriminC see because it is highly concentrated in vitamin C, the daily moisturizer contains an SPF 8 as well as it is packed with AHA and BHA’s which are the antioxidants that fight off the effects of the sun. If you want a simple routine with the NutriminC line I would reccomend the daily cleanser, the eye cream, the serum and the moisturizer. The serum is the product that will address the dark circles under your eyes.
I wouldn’t recommend the rejuvinating cream unless you have some severe issues like rosacia, or psoriasis that you want to treat. You need to be careful about ordering old products they do have a shelf life and can go bad. You have no idea how old it is if it is not new. I would, however, recommend that if you want a fabulous masque to use the Intelligence Thermal Fusion Exfoliating mask it is wonderful.
A couple of things to think about while it is true that Arbonne does not test on animals and is great but even more important is that they don’t have to because there is nothing in the products that can’t be put on humans to begin with. Another thing that you will not find in Arbonne’s products and is the second leading cause of the signs of aging is Mineral Oil. It acts like a liquid saran wrap on the skin so not only does it not allow great ingredients to penetrated and do their job but the skin can’t breath and release toxins and it can clogs pores. Make sure you have the opportunity to purchase at wholesale which will save you atleast 35% but you can get up to 50% off. If you want to see some before and after picture of people using our products let me know. If you have any others questions also just let me know.
You are absolutely right that now is the time to start preventative measures. Only 10% of the visual signs of aging are hereditary that means we can control 90%
Hope this helps

facial skin care i can’t afford cosmetic surgery, but
can i reverse the damage thats been done with the right facial skin care products ?
im 31 , but because of life stress i feel ive aged early in my face.
dry, dead looking skin, dark lines under my eyes, skin blemishes , uneven skin tone , open pores on cheek bones near nose , frown lines on forehead . wrinkles on forehead and near eyes.
this is very depressing , what facial products for a male could i buy from the high street that is easy to get hold of ?
face wash, face scrub or moisturizer ? what brand ?
and finally, what order do i use them ?
sarah , you didnt answer my question, you answered your agenda , not mine .
i need useful advice for this question, and more importantly , i would like my words , my question, to be answered.
You cannot totally undo the damage but you can improve the current condition of your skin by addressing the dryness and blemishes, and dark circles. The frown lines can be softened but, sorry, not totally undone by just skin care products – no matter what claims they have.
I good simple regime done regularly can improve your skin but it can take a few weeks to a month to see results. Be patient – you skin need to heel and revitalize.
Steps for a god regime – cleanse (with a gentle cleanser), tone (with a mister that has aloe vera base – and not alcohol so you can use it for a aftershave too), and moisturize to protect you skin from the elements.
Exfoliate twice a week with a mild scrub or enzyme mask/scrub depending on your preference. And micro-exfoliate once every day, for the first month to get rid of that dead skin build up. you can do this economically by adding 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to your cleanser (at night or in the morning).
I like brands that are natural and do not use any harsh preservatives or synthetic fragrances.
Look for brands that have natural oils and botanicals that give your skin vitamins too- like shea butter (not coconut because that can clog your pores), sweet almond or safflower oil, aloe vera, and green tea (great antioxidant).
Burts Bees have some of those types of products – but watch for fragrance in some of their products.
Tea Naturals , based on green tea, is also another one that has products that do dual purpose (cleansing gel can be used as a shaving gel).
Hope this helps, and its never too late to improve you skin!

facial wrinkles Are there any home remedies for facial wrinkles? I’ve already tried the egg whites..It looked awful when I applied make-up.
Preventing wrinkles is preferable to trying to eliminate or diminish them. Unfortunately, how your skin wrinkles is pretty much determined by heredity, but there are things you can do to slow skin aging. Always make sure you are drinking enough water so your skin is plumped from the inside. Get enough sleep. Protect your skin from the sun and wind. Don’t rub your skin – pat it gently. Keep your skin clean, but don’t over do it. If you can, sleep on your back. And finally, when the wrinkles do come, accept what you can’t change, after all, they show you’ve survived long enough to get them!

skin nutrition Such as apples or peaches. I believe the nutrition is mainly just under the skin.
You’re right…the nutrition is mainly just under the skin. Thus, a lot of the vitamins, minerals and FIBRE is gone when you peel apples or peaches. On top of that, you cook the apples or peaches when you bake the pie. That just lowers the nutrient content in such apples or peaches even more. A good way to tell if the fruit is still nutritious is by looking at its final colour. Look at the colour of the peach once the pie is done. Is the colour still vibrant and rich as it was before it was peeled and baked? The closer the final colour is to the starting colour, the less nutrients the peach has lost. If the peaches in the pie are all pale and really there’s not too much colour left, most of the nutritious stuff like vitamins and minerals is gone. The one thing fruits really retain is sugar.
Hope this helps!

skin care tips Help Please
1 Keep it clean.
Men have approximately 15% oilier skin and significantly larger pores than women do. Basically, this means you get dirtier. It is very important; no matter what skin type you have, to clean your face every day. Deep cleansing is important. It keeps pores clear, skin healthy and you looking good.
#2 Keep it toned.
Because men are outside more than women are, environmental debris and pollutants are more a factor to their skin’s health. Toning helps keep the skin clear and firm.
#3 Treat your skin.
Depending on your skin type (oily, dry or combination) and the time of year, there are different products that treat and enhance your skin. Different treatments will have very different results. It is important to know your skin’s needs. e.g exfoliants
#4 Moisturize
everyone should do this. men or woman. it does wonders for anyone.
#5 Protect your skin.
Healthy skin is young looking skin. There are preventative techniques that can promote the best skin possible and keep it looking its best longer. Remember that your skin is a mirror of your overall body health.
Here are the key techniques:
Avoid over exposure to the sun.
Sun damage leads to hyperpigmentation (brown spots) which can develop into serious skin disease. Excessive exposure can also exaggerate and thicken fine lines. Use an SPF 15 or higher on all exposed skin, especially on your face.
Stay in shape.
Exercise promotes capillary functioning which can decrease premature aging. It also increases oxygen to the tissues which keeps skin looking young.
Eat right.
Keep vitamins such as C and E in your diet regimen.
Everything in moderation.
Too much of anything is never a good idea. Stay away from excessive alcohol, smoking, fatigue and stress. Not only can these factors lead to premature aging; they also decrease facial circulation making you look older.

skin rejuvenation there is all sorts of anting aging light therapy out there on the market but what is the difference betwwen 650nm LED light and 650nm LASER light? and also infrared light? and which ones have the best anti aging effects?
The difference between an led that emits 650nm light and a laser (diode most likely) that emits 650nm light is going to be how much light is emitted and how tightly packed together it is.
The laser will emit a beam that will stay roughly the same size (particularly when collimated with a special lens) for a large distance while the LED will spread out immediately.
As for which wavelength has the best anti-aging effect? None of them. I can’t find any scientific evidence that they at all help stop aging.
