skin nutrition I’m talking about acne if you couldn’t figure it out. I think girls do because they can take birth control pills and cover up with makeup. Aside from diet, exercise, nutrition, hygiene, and stress its obvious they do, right?
noo i dont think so. i dont really have acne but in general girls breakout really easily.
guys go through their awkward stage when their faces are covered in acne but idk.
its probably about the same. acne is hard for anyone.

skin care tips
my derm tells me to use neutrogena face products, from the cleanser to the make up..and she also says clinique and MAC are good make up brands..so that’s what i use! =)
she also told me putting rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and rubbing it on a zit will dry it out and make it less noticable.

skin rejuvenation I have oily congested skin, with big pores basically riddled with blackheads. I know no off the shelf is product is going to get anywhere near the result I am after – do you know of any surgical/non surgical facial rejuvenation treatments which might be suitable?
you need to be on a retinoid such as tazorac cream or gel. this will get rid of your blackheads & dry your skin somewhat. this is a prescription product. another option is to get a jessner or salicylic acid peel which will help w/ your pores (opening them to release the contents.) these peels can be done in medi-spas w/o a physician present & will run you $75-$125 depending on the medi-clinic. many dermatologists have cosmeticians on staff that do the peels so you will only have to pay for the peel & not a dr. visit. my advice is to get on the retinoid for best long term results.
good luck!

so does anyone one know from experience which treatments actually work???

I found a blog earlier that has some anti aging face creams that work. The blog also gives some tips on which foods to eat to help with anti aging.

facial skin care does anyone know what facial skin care products to get and a simple routine to do with them for a guy who’s prematurely aged ?
something easy accessible, convenient, from a high street shop or pharmacy ?
nothing complicated or entailing buying lots of products.
easy products to get and a simple routine.
i can’t afford cosmetic surgery.
can i reverse the damage thats been done with the right facial skin care products ?
im 31 , but because of life stress i feel ive aged early in my face.
dry, dead looking skin, dark lines under my eyes, skin blemishes , uneven skin tone , open pores on cheek bones near nose , frown lines on forehead . wrinkles on forehead and near eyes.
this is very depressing , what facial products for a male could i buy from the high street that is easy to get hold of ?
face wash, face scrub or moisturizer ? what brand ?
and finally, what order do i use them ?
im in england to so please something i can get relevant to here.
thanks.
Avon came out with a new anti-aging line with Activinol it’s great. Check out their other anti-aging products too! You can buy directly from AVON or you can locate a rep in the U.K. Just click the link below. The AVON reversalist products are on the first page!

facial wrinkles
If you do Google searches" Do wrinkle removing products work?" You will find many are scams and many others simply fail to do what is claimed.and contain skin harming, skin aging and even health harming ingredients. Some can irritate skin, cause rashes, breakouts.
I researched and experimented for years and found only one treatment that is truly effective and safe. And all for a modest cost as It’s using only NATURAL products. It does not just fade lines and wrinkles a little, it GREATLY minimizes them and can prevent new ones forming . It truly works wonders. I have given very detailed info about it in my many Best Answers(wrinkles, lines, ant aging, rejuvenation, etc.) It has received glowing reports from users. If you research my answers you will find.the info. If you cannot, I will gladly email you the full instructions.
SOURCE(S): 20+ years of research using natural treatments to treat and cure skin disorders and anti aging and rejuvenation treatments..

skin nutrition they say the skin prevents thorough digestion so you’re supposed to remove the skin. but how? you can’t peel it or anything.
and please tell me a way that doesn’t destroy the almond’s nutrition values!
You can soak them in water overnight, or to speed the process boil them a for 2 or so minutes. Doing this will pretty much allow you to just roll the skin off with your fingers.
Typically, they’re already dried out, or roasted, so this won’t really make them so different to eat (soft, or whatever). Drying depletes no nutritional value, where as roasting/cooking does. (I’m not sure on the exact logistics of this right off the top of my head, however, I was a raw foodist for about a year, and books on the topic explain this well) Dipping them in hot water for a minute, may get rid of some nutritional value. Soaking overnight will not, as many raw foodists do this to "cook" their foods (grains, nuts, seeds, etc), without technically adding the aspect of heat.
and, just a bit of more info:
I used to live in the Dominican Republic where almond trees are in wide abundance, we’d actually gather the almonds that fell from the trees, crack them open (tons of work..!!!) and have them. Fresh almonds are much softer, and less nutty tasting. In the states, and in Europe, typically the dried almonds are sold.
