skin nutrition Hey, I’m gonna turn 18 next month and I decided to lose some weight before college. I currently weigh 300 pounds with most of my weight in my gut. Since I have a pretty big build, I think I’ll reach a good weight somewhere around 230. If I follow a good nutrition diet paired with a weight training program should I have any problems with loose skin after a seventy pound loss?
that is very possible…..

skin care tips I have combination skin that is more on the oily-ish side. My t-zone in oily but my cheeks are normal. I would appreciate some good skin care tips on caring for combination skin. Thank you.
I have combination skin & I have used Burts Bees soap bark & chamomile cleanser for ages
http://www.burtsbees.com.au/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=1000000002659&catalogId=12453&storeId=10251&langId=-13
It’s all tingly fresh because it has menthol & it leaves my skin soothed, clean, balanced but never tight or irritated. (I hate how some cleansers dry the crap out of your skin)

skin rejuvenation ie I have a line saying "This treatment involves a facial and some skin rejuvenation" [more]
and when you click on [more] the window expands down further to reveal some extra text?
Does anyone know what I mean? I don’t know what they’re called, …. is it done in javascript? Thanks!
What you need is some javascript and css.
CSS:
<style>
.show {}
.hide { display:none; background-color:white;cursor:hand;}
</style>
Put that in the head section of the page.
The javascript:
<script>
function expandText(id){
child = document.getElementById(id)
if (child == null)
return;
else
{
if (child.className == ‘hide’)
{
child.className = ’show’;
} else
{
child.className = ‘hide’;
}
}
}
</script>
Also put that in the head section of the page.
Then make a link with a javscript onclick of the function expandText with the id of the element you’d like to expand in the body section of the page:
<a href="#" onClick="expandText(’div_info’)">Expand The Info div</a>
<div id=’div_info’>
This is where the hidden text is put and the above link will cycle its visibiliy
</div>
Try it out. It’ll work, when used properly. I use these all the time; They’re very useful.

body skin care Lately, I have been looking for a natural skin care regimen. The one thing I cant stand is when I look mismatched because I have cleansers, toner, creams, spot treatments, masks, etc, from twenty different companies. I recently came across the Body Shop Skin Care (I have been using their Body Wash for years) and I’ve decided to give it a shot. I now use Clinique and am a Type 2 (oily in the t-zone, dry in the cheeks). I get occasional breakouts, nothing bad, just like 3 pimples that take forever to go away Should I use:
1. The Seaweed Line
2. The Tea-Tree Line
3. Vitamin C Line
Thanks.
Vitamin C, you’d love it. TeaTree isn’t that good, I use it. It works okay tho.

anti aging treatment For example, I was looking at prevage anti-ageing treatment http://www.beautylou.co.uk/173012-anti_ageing_treatment_prevage.htm
It says: "Clinical tests with Prevage prove a significant decrease in the appearance of lines and wrinkles and improvement in the look of firmness, tone, texture and radiance."
Is it worth the money?
I cant tell you if that one works but for me the best thing i have ever used had been Arbonne anit-aging!!

facial skin care
i am aging prematurly, mainly with the dark lines under eyes, and bumpy skin with spots
if you would just advise me on easily accessable pruducts and some kind of daily routine. to help me with my facial skin. regards
just use soap and water…don’t get to carried away with creams etc, as they make your skin sag, believe it or not..besides, men look better as they age, lines give them character…just keep you face clean, and don’t worry about it…and above all, drink lots of water…

facial wrinkles I’ve heard that you can accelerate wrinkle development if you squish your face and chest (cleavage wrinkles) when you sleep at night….
Yes! When your skin is squished it compresses together to create little (or big) wrinkles. After time, they become more defined, and premanent, thus giving you premature wrinkles.

skin nutrition Ive been reading and seeing a lot on tv lately about beauty capsules that contain certain chemicals and vitimins that help your skin – such as Elizabeth Arden and the Skin Nutrition capsules. Im really interested in these as I have so many allergies my diet is limied and despite my best efforts I have spotty greasy grey skin limp hair and am so tired all the time. I see a dietician but despite a great balanced healthy vegan diet I look awful…….has anyone tried these sorts of tablets and do they work?? All the beauty mag editors swear by them?
A well balanced diet , adequate drinking of water, and atleast 8 hours sleep will make a skin healthy and glowing . WE should not use tablets or capsules because it contains so much of chemicals which will cause side effects. There are so many methods to keep your skin healthy with simple home made things . eat lots of fruits . to know more about this visit www.jmbeautytips .com Lots of tips are there for good skin Good luck

skin rejuvenation This was another questions answer:
Healthier skin is dependant on a balanced diet, hydration, adequate physical exercise, protection from the sun and a daily skin care regimen. You can follow four easy steps to improve your skin’s health.
Step One — Cleanse. Cleansing you skin and removing dirt, makeup and other impurities that clog your skin is essential. You should cleanse your skin at least twice a day with a mild, non-irritating cleanser. Your cleanser should not strip your skin of its natural oils and it should easily rinse away.
Step Two — Tone. Using a toner rehydrates, cools, nourishes and refreshes your skin. Toners remove any remaining traces of dirt, makeup or oil you cleanser may have not removed. It’s good to use a toner that is alcohol-free, as alcohol may dry your skin.
Step Three — Exfoliate. Exfoliants help remove dead cells that accumulate on the surface of your skin. Make sure the exfoliant is not granular so you do not damage new skin. Exfoliants with alpha or beta hydroxy acids improve the skin’s rejuvenation process, eliminating fine lines and wrinkles.
Step Four — Moisturize. Just as the rest of you body requires hydration and nutrients, so does your skin. Your skin should be treated with a daytime moisturizer that provides a broad spectrum sunscreen daily. At night, using a more intense moisturizer helps to rebalance and normalize your skin as you sleep.
These four basic steps can firm and restore your skin’s natural suppleness. Each step is also beneficial for any skin type. You can choose products that are specific to your skin’s special needs to achieve healthier skin
What are the best cleansers, toners, exfoliators& moisturizers for combination skin (oily t-zone and dry cheeks)?
and should i use all four steps every morning and night?
thank you!
i have an oily t-zone too! and my cheeks are almost always dry in the winter.
here is my natural skin care routine:
for the cleanser:

for a toner:

i don’t really think that an exfoliant is ESSENTIAL: but one i like is:

and a moisturizer :
