body skin care Do anti wrinkle creams work to prevent skin damage?
Any anti wrinkle cream with a sun block will help keep your collagen from being depleted by the sun. Many people don’t realize that sun exposure is the biggest culprit when it comes to premature aging. This is because the sun breaks down collagen faster that your body can replace it.
Do anti wrinkle creams work to repair skin damage?
Anti wrinkle creams can work to reduce the damage of long-term smoking, alcohol use and an unhealthy diet of saturated fats. In the cases of skin repair, it is recommended to use both a day moisturizer, as well as in the evening. To get better results, a diet with fruits and vegetables and plenty of water is recommended.
Do anti wrinkle creams work better if you use them sooner?
There is an amazing amount of new anti wrinkle creams available that really work, but if you already have skin damage, the faster you get started with a skin regimen, the better. So the question, “Do anti wrinkle creams work?” is best answered by the person who starts caring for their skin as soon as possible.

skin nutrition
Remember, your skin is an "organ." It excretes waste products and to some extent it can also bring material in from the surface. So cleaning your skin…not obsessively mind you…but reasonably is important so this process can go on. You don’t want to wash so much that you destroy the natural oils that keep the skin soft and supple, but enough to keep it healthy.

skin care tips Im a male and im in my teens. I like to care for my skin so it’s soft :]
Was wondering
What are some tips on cleansing to the max and what kinds of lotion could I use for the best results?
ALSO one other question I hope you could help me out with…
Whenever I take a hot shower *I always do* my feet and legs get blotchy and red for about 10-15 minutes afterward, is this because my water is way to hot?
Get a ped egg.

and use a good foot cream. Bliss makes a good foot cream that exfoliates.

and yes….lol…its common sense…use colder water. but it could be your body wash.
btw…using way too hot water is very drying to the skin. its also very bad for the hair as it dries out the scalp then causing dandruff.

body skin care
You cannot come up with a universal oil that is ideal for every type of skin and every person on the planet. I have had really dramatic benefits from using oils but found that what is more important is how they are used and for what purpose. I find that many of us believe just applying oils, cremes, etc. to skin are going to have dramatic effect and skin product makers have you think that too.
Oils are only seriously beneficial if properly massaged into skin. Its best to self massage. Massage can totally transform a sick, blemish plagued skin into a radiant, glowing, totally flawless, healthy skin in a very short time. If you research my Answers you will find many who have also had dramatic transformations massaging using a wide variety of essential oils. Some have glowing reports..

facial skin care (i am 19 and concerned with my oily face)
here is what you need to do, Use neutrogena clear scrub 2x a day, (about $5.00) morning and night, then if you still have excess oil in your skin use Clean and clear oil absorbing sheets (about $5.00) they really work. And since you already have oily skin, you don’t need moisturizers anymore, since this will only make your skin more oily. And you’re all set up.
Good LUCK!!!

facial wrinkles I’m almost 34. When should I start obsessing over lost youth?
Thanks
Facial wrinkles and lines can start to appear at any age. It really depends on how much sun exposure you have gotten over the years. You need to wear sunscreen everyday (at least SPF15). It also helps to have good genes from your parents.
As far as obsessing over lost youth – you shouldn’t. If you believe you are old and have lost your youth, you will be old and not youthful. There is more to youth than how your face looks. There is youthful attitude!!!!

skin nutrition There are spots of skin peeling on the palms of my 9 year old brother’s hands but mostly on his fingers. There are some on his toes and feet too, but very little.
I believe it’s been like that for months. And he does NOT have dry skin at all.
I think it has to do with his nutrition because he’s pretty short for his age and skinny and is a picky eater.
Sounds like something is drying out his system…. I’d normally suggest trying some fish oil, Biotin, or MSM internally, but you should first check with a doctor that knows about supplements to see what would be the safest dose for him (since he’s under 18, and supplements are only recommended for people 18 years and older.
If the doctor says it’s safe for him, I’d suggest trying Vitamin E and Aloe Vera externally to help heal up the tissues faster.
They are the best and most natural way to help with skin health externally and in many cases, healing damaged skin. Vitamin E creams don’t have a very high potency of it, and most companies won’t sell a straight vitamin E oil in a high enough concentration because it can build up in your system (if you take too high of a dose) and become toxic over time. That’s why you should make sure he isn’t taking a supplemental vitamin E at the same time (like in a children’s multi). With Aloe Vera, you can just rub it on whatever areas need the soothing… and you can use a good cup or two a day safely if needed.
Try having him take a 2-400 IU softgel of vitamin E (I’d suggest only 200 IU if the child’s doctor says it’s okay), poke a hole in the side of it (CAREFULLY), spread the oil on his skin, and rub it in like any massage oil. Make sure you use about an equal amount on each area of histhe areas affected, as you should only do this once a day.

skin care tips I’m 30, and didn’t really take care of my skin the best over the years, but now, I’m concentrating on being as healthy as possible, and want to really make my skin look the best that it can. It’s not acne or super rough or anything, I just know that I can really make it better. Any tips? Foods, products, things like that, thanks!
May I suggest drinking lots of water and taking vitimans along with using a good skincare products that won’t dry out your skin. Arbonne carry’s a great line of men’s products.
